At Medzack, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
1. Return & Exchange Period
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
After this period, we cannot accept returns.
2. Eligibility Conditions
Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached.
Discounted items may not be eligible for return unless defective.
We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.
3. Fees & Costs
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we cover all costs.
4. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method (or as agreed).
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Underwear and intimate clothing are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
