Return & Refund Policy

At Medzack, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully happy with your purchase, you may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

1. Return & Exchange Period

  • You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • After this period, we cannot accept returns.

2. Eligibility Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, in original packaging with all tags attached.

  • Discounted items may not be eligible for return unless defective.

  • We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Fees & Costs

  • Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.

  • If the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product), we cover all costs.

4. Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days to the original payment method (or as agreed).

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.
